Our products are all handcrafted with love.

As with all children’s products, adult supervision is required. Products that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 3.

Depending on the toy, we use 100% mercised cotton yarn mixture of cotton or acrylic yarn. Please check the product description for certain toys. All our yarns are Oeko-Tex certified.

Wash in warm water and dry thoroughly. Do not use chemical solutions, sprays or essential oils. Do not store in direct sunlight as this can cause damage to the product. For the best results use natural beeswax to polish natural wood .

Most of our toys are machine washable in a sensitive programme at 30 ° C however please check the “Care Instructions” for certain products. Don’t use a dryer for any products.

Your order will be dispatched within three working days after the receipt of payment. Posting within Ireland usually takes 1-2 working days.

Yes, you can. Please email crochetdollsireland and we will discuss what we can offer you. Lead time for custom orders is between 6 to 8 weeks. Payment has to be made in full in order for it to be processed.

If your desired item is not available, you have the possibility of this under the tab preorder.
The production time for pre-orders is around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the order volume.

We do not accept any responsibility for orders with standard postage however if you chose a registered post and your package has not arrived more than 10 days, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation.

All our products are rigorously checked. If you find a defect in your product, please contact us. We will try to check the issue as soon as possible.

If your order does not fit or shows defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. You bear the costs for the return.
Once we have received your return, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the payment method originally used.
