Shipping & Returns

If you wish to return any items for exchange or refund, we have a 14 day return policy. All items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers will be liable for the return postage costs. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the Goods until we receive them.

Upon receipt of the returned item to The Crochet Dolls, we will refund your full purchase price within 14 days less the cost of postage.

PLEASE NOTE, as all products are handcrafted, each product is unique. For this reason there might be slight variations in dimension & colour from those shown in the photographs. Please note the following exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returned items must please have all original tags & packaging in place. 
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Items will be checked before shipping.  
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping & returning items. 
• Refunds for a product bought as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
• While all products will be checked before shipping and packaged appropriately, should there happen to be any faulty product or damages, please advise us via the e-mail above within 48 hours of delivery.
